- Methods of Payment
- Heather Heron accepts all electronic payments through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account, and it’s quite easy to set up. Money orders and personal checks are also accepted & will ship when your check clears. If you have questions about online payment through PayPal, just contact inquiries@heatherheron.org for assistance.
- Shipping:
- We will ship your order via UPS. We make every effort to ship your order within 2 to 3 days of receiving it. You can select how fast you would like to receive your order at checkout. Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your order.
- Out of stock items:
- On occasion, an item you selected might be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you upon receipt of your order.
- Return Policy:
- You may return an item within 15 days from date of receipt for a complete refund (less shipping costs) to the same card on which it was purchased.
All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging and sent via UPS or certified US mail to:
